Remember the last time you yelled at someone else's shoulder? When you listen to your heart. He said: "I know" exactly the right time and we knew they knew. You know that happens. So when the tears were almost gone, this angel – wet on the shoulder – suggests healing balm. Maybe it was chocolate cake andcoffee, tea perhaps sweet and sand, whatever it was was perfect, and you even more.
What are advised to take these characteristics as a friend in an effective way to relieve your suffering? Chocolate cake and the sand, the most powerful tool anyone can use only a second man to achieve empathy.
Empathy is what we feel cared for. If you really sense that a person who understands our situation and we really involved, it is easier for them to have confidence.We are listening to and appreciate the advice.
The business is to show empathy an important part of communication. Whether you are writing a promotional letter, the meeting with an employee or a provider of call, shows that the other party, and their relationship will always give you in a favorable light.
Think about your audience
Who can write or speak? What are their concerns, aspirations and struggles? How can these problemsaspirations and struggles to hear?

Take your time.
